Voting by Wards is something I strongly support.

At-Large voting results in Groupthink votes of 7-0 and a lack of accountability to the taxpayers.

The current City of Alexandria system is designed for the silencing of the voices of all candidates that are not Democrats.

That’s also why they don’t allow campaign signs in the medians, by the way.

Though they are an eyesore, yard signs in medians would help non-Democrat party candidates build name recognition.
